4.Organic solvent solubility:HP55 and HP55S can dissolve in organic solvents.
Use:Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Phthalic Ester can be enteric solubility film materials, and has good plasticity and film formations. It has good storage stability.
Preparation of coating solution:
1.Shroma:HP55 HP55S
Troche: 6-10% 5-8%
Granule: 5-7% 4-6%
2.All organic solvent:
Dichloromethane / Ethanol (1:1)
Acetone / Ethanol (1:1)
Ethanol / Water (8:2)
3.Solution method:add the container into a certain of solvent and put HPMCP to mix in equality slowly during mixing.
4.Dosage of HPMCP: 6-10% of film holders
Safety:Safe and non-toxic. Airproof environment to avoid form great dust.
Packing and Storage:Paper board drum lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bag. 2kg/drum or 5 kg/drum. Store in cool, dry and ventilated and prevent drench, high temperature and light-shining.
