Use and functions
METHYL CELLULOSE belongs to water-solubility aether, and has good chemical, physical and biological stability and is widely used in many fields.
This product can be used in architecture, dope industry, textile and printing and dyeing aspects.
It still gets other usage including daily chemical field, synthesis resin and plastic product production, etc.
Properties
1. Appearance:white or white-like fibre or granule powder.
2. Dissolve in cold water to form transparent viscous solution.
3. Apparent density:0.25～0.70g/cm3
4. It can dissolve in many organic solvents.
5. Granularity:pass rate is more than 98% for 100 meshes and 100% for 80 meshes。
Solution method
1. Get needed water to put into containers and heat above 85℃. And add the product while mixing.
2. Put 1/3 or 2/3 hot water to add into fibre while mixing.
3. MC has good solution, and is easy to dissolve in concrete, dye and other to get expected effect.
Packing, storage and transportation
Paper plastic lined with polyethylene plastic bag or papaer drum. Net weight is 25kg. Airproof storage and transportation.Store in dry conditions.
